We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
Return any unused or defective merchandise at one of our Canada or US store locations or by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.
