Q: How do I check the status of or track an order?
A:Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking code, you can see "Track Order" at the bottom of our website, click "Track Order", enter the tracking code, and you can check the shipping status of your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A:Return any unused or defective merchandise at one of our Canada or US store locations or by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

Q: Can I change my order?
A:We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
