Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we will be frustrated. For most items in a new state, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
1. Please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org by submitting a ticket on our website, stating the item and reason you want to return. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be greatly appreciated.
2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the returned items in the original packaging.
3. Deliver your package to the local post office.
4. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your package. We will refund the money according to your original payment method. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
1. You have 30 days to decide whether a product is suitable for you. If you want to return or exchange the product, please contact us within 30 days after delivery. You will refund your money 28 days after we receive the returned product
2. The returned items must be in the original packaging when not in use. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. Items with non-returnable signs and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. We do not accept returned goods that are returned without proper return requirements.
5. We do not provide freight collection (FTC) services for packages returned to us. You will be responsible for the return cost.
6. Please check your return carefully before shipping. We are not responsible for the return of non-Yoursfur products.
